This allocation funds 10 training registrations at an average of $975 each. The staggered certification cycle keeps staff current on IB methods without sending every teacher every year.

Restores co-planning hours by funding substitute coverage (TDE) for our educators. This allocation provides 3 dedicated planning days for all 45 teachers at a rate of $120 per day. That time eases workload strain and gives the faculty the shared planning the IB framework requires for interdisciplinary instruction.

Equips classrooms with inquiry-driven digital tools. This allocation covers the annual license for IXL Math. The program supports differentiation and frees teachers to target instruction for individual students inside broader IB units of inquiry.
