In 2026, Magnet Schools of America named Sanderlin a Nationally Certified Demonstration Magnet School, the program's top tier, held by schools that serve as national models for others to learn from.
That standard weighs academic excellence and diverse enrollment together, which is what Sanderlin has built: one rigorous education, open to every child who walks through its doors.
Our Community’s Investment
Friends of Sanderlin was founded as an independent 501(c)(3) to protect and sustain Sanderlin's standard of excellence.
Delivering an authentic International Baccalaureate education is resource-intensive, and retaining Sanderlin’s national demonstration status and IB authorization carries significant ongoing financial obligations. We step in to fund the advanced resources, specialized professional development, and rigorous program requirements that fall outside a standard public school budget.
Through private community investment, we keep this education available to every Sanderlin student.
